چکیده

In this study, the problems encountered in radar cross-section (RCS) measurement experiments utilizing a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma system are examined and an effective solution is proposed. A DBD generates heat due to high bias voltage required for generation. The thermal-induced structural deformation of structure caused by its impact on RCS measurements analyzed. addition, techniques minimizing compensation methods addressing minimized Furthermore, conducted two kinds structures using proposed method experimentally demonstrate improved agreement between simulation results. For both structures, experimental results very good with results, which enables accurate characterization. conclusion, it can be expected that used provide more various generate heat.

Monopole Antenna Radar Cross Section Reduction with Plasma Helix

In this paper, a new method for radar cross section reduction of a monopole antenna is proposed. In this method, a plasma helix like fluorescent bulbs is placed around the antenna element. The selected plasma parameter for this medium acts as an absorber without disturbing the antenna performance. The simulations show that radar cross section of simulated antenna is reduced in a wide frequency ...
